Arrival in Santiago, reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel (B&B). Afternoon: free, at your own leisure - possibly stroll through the centre.
Day 2
City Tour Santiago with a visit to a famous vineyard. Return to the hotel (B&B).
Day 3
Trip to Isla Negra and visit of the museum in the former residence of Pablo Neruda (Literature Nobel Prize winner). Visit of the towns Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. Return to Santiago and transfer to the hotel (B&B).
Day 4
Transfer to the airport.
OPTIONAL: You may conduct this trip on your own with a hire car from Hertz.
Bus journey to San Fernando. Travelling on the Tren del Vino (only Saturdays) incl. wine and cheese tasting and folk dance entertainment. Subsequent visit of a select vineyard with wine tasting and special wine sales. Lunch at the Hotel Santa Cruz Plaza or at a vineyard. Visit to the Museum of Colchagua in the afternoon. Overnight stay in the hotel (bed & breakfast), evening at your own disposal.
Day 2
Breakfast buffet in the hotel, then visit of further vineyards (optional) and return journey by bus to Santiago.
PLEASE NOTE: The Tren del Vino runs every Saturday from September to April and every other Saturday from May to August.
